Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance, as check-in and check-out are private.

Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.

Yes. WiFi is available in all areas of the property and is free of charge.

Breakfast is not served, but every unit has a private kitchen or kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and a dining table, so preparing your own breakfast is easy. The supermarket is about a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away.

There is no restaurant, swimming pool or spa at the property. Restaurants are within 1.2 to 1.3 km, and Tekapo Springs hot pools and day spa are a few minutes away by car.

Yes. Family rooms are available, children of all ages are welcome, and the property offers a children's high chair, toys, books, board games, a baby cot on request, a portable baby feeding seat and a step stool. A cot is NZD 30 per child, per night and is subject to availability; there are no extra beds.

Yes. Every unit is self-contained with its own private bathroom, kitchen or kitchenette, washing machine and private entrance.

Pets are not allowed, the property is entirely smoke-free, and parties or events are not permitted. The property does not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette style parties.

The town centre, lakefront and supermarket are about a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive from the suites.

No airport shuttle service is offered. Richard Pearse Airport is about 96 km away, and most guests arrive by car.
