The private kitchen is fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, a dining table and a washing machine, with a children's high chair available. The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, towels, slippers, a hairdryer, toilet paper and free toiletries. In the living space you will find a sofa, seating area, desk, flat-screen TV, linens, electric blankets, heating, air conditioning, ironing facilities, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, a drying rack, board games and puzzles, plus outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. Smoking is not permitted.
Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with private check-in and check-out arranged in advance. Children of all ages are welcome and guests aged 18 and over are charged as adults; a cot for children aged 0 - 3 is available on request at NZD 30 per child, per night, subject to availability, and no extra beds are available. There is no minimum age for check-in. Smoking is not allowed, pets are not allowed and parties or events are not permitted. If damage is caused to the property during a stay, guests may be asked to pay up to NZD 350 after check-out in line with the property's damage policy.
